Oh, if those eyes were sharp I would LOVE this. I have had this happen way too often myself...shallow dof, usually due to shooting at f1.8 intentionally, but autofocus often picks the central thing, in this case, her nose. I have mad eit a habit when shooting people (second nature now) to focus on eyes, then shift comp before shutter release. Of course, it still doesn't always go the way I want. Gorgeous model to work with though...I'd be borrowing her a lot!
I really likr the composition and feeling of light. I wonder if it would be an absolutely stunning image if at least the upper eye was in focus, with the nose and mouth being in focus it draws our attention away from her beautiful eyes.
I like the look and the pose. Not real high on the lower face shadow and her one eye looks so nice don't much notice the OOF eye except for the hair right in the middle of her pupil..That bugs me i think
