March 6, 07 Not the best position but I like him.
Awesome galleries, glad I took the time tonight to check them out! Loved the pictures w/scriptures...
This is a beautiful gallery. You make lovely photos.

on March 6, 2007I like all the revisions, a couple better than the others but not enough to make much difference. I think the higher crop works well with the no legs.

on March 6, 2007Thusie, because Gail has right click protection on her gallery - if you want to grab a picture to try a crop you need to do a screen capture. on the PC it's done by pressing the "Print Screen" button and then pasting it into PS - on the Mac:
* To capture the entire screen, press Command+Shift+3.
* To capture part of a screen, press Command+Shift+4.
The cursor will then turn into a cross-hairs icon. Click and drag over an area to select it. When you release the mouse button, the image is taken, and you'll hear a snapshot sound.

on March 6, 2007I like all of these photos. Nice portrait posing. I suppose he is young and was just a bit reluctant on the legs. You get what you can and go with it, cool. The verticals almost look like a take off on human portrait photography. ginger

on March 6, 2007Hey Sean how did you get the shot? Won't let me.

on March 6, 2007VERY cute shot! What I would do is add some canvas on the left to give his face more room, his/her face and expression is darling! Then crop a bit closer to the tail. I think if you do that the lack of feet won't be as noticeable.

on March 5, 2007What I love about SQ shots the most is their wonderful tails, in this one the mouth is my favorite part though. Too bad about the hind legs.. I made a crop that fixes the wanting of the hind legs but loses the beautiful tail. Not sure I like it better but it was something that came to mind.
