Ok, last try.
Here another view water isn't as nice. http://thecuriouscamel.smugmug.com/photos/180250629-L.jpg
A beautiful female wood duck. Sharp with good color.
i prefer the original. this one doesn't change the dp (duck position) that much and lost the nice ripples that gave the original depth and another natural element.
This is the best of the three for me. I love all the ripples and the reflections...and the fact that he is swimming right past me and out of the frame.
that is, the center, or middle of the duck and waves lays on one of the thirds-
well, you might consider it following the rule of thirds if you look at the quacker and the waves in toto-
And I agree with you on that Susan ( 3rds thing)
Pretty duck. When a water fowl has a trail streaming behind, I can't see anyway out of centering the bird or you end up having the bird swimming out of the frame. These types of shots don't lend themselves to the rule of thirds very easily. :)
Awesome galleries, glad I took the time tonight to check them out! Loved the pictures w/scriptures...
This is a beautiful gallery. You make lovely photos.
